Users can provide their e-mail address when submitting a bug report, however this will only be visible to Developers. Users can also post comments on bugs, which is useful if more information needs to be supplied. Once a bug has been closed, previous comments remain visible but no new comments can be added. This is done to avoid spam. Bug Report pages contain a link to the relevant changelog. BUGGER uses checksum based caching for faster response times. The Changelog can be found here.
