Details	Queries based on primary key take longer than necessary on large tables. Create a flag to notify read_records_claims.sh that the query is for a primary key, and to stop looking after 1st result.

Issue on Lines 611 and 470 identified during test. fi placed within an EOM line.

Moved to outside of the EOM, function now works correctly

Some older versions of Grep do not support the -m argument.

To prevent failures, option added to config file to override -primkey arguments.

Front-ends can be written assuming that -primkey can be used, and the configuration of the database itself will make the ultimate decision
