Subject: Residents Parking and Motorcycles: An important update

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you today having had a development in our issues with parking, we received a note on one of the bikes from a local resident.
The note reads as follows

"To whom it may concern can you park your contraption in your own street as you are pissing of the residents in this street, Thank you for your co-operation"

As you can imagine my partner was not best impressed to find a note of this tone on her motorcycle when she went down to it today, as you can see the councils delay in resolving this issue is not only affecting ourselves but others in this area. We currently have no choice but to park on that street, and I can tell you that having received this note I now fear far more for the security of our motorcycles.

This issue needs to be resolved as soon as is physically possible, the councils delay in this matter is affecting residents in this area and could also lead to criminal damage being caused upon our property.
I respectfully request again that the council dispatch to me a full copy of the councils parking policy so that I may read over it, currently I do not feel that our request has been considered fully. This issue will not go away, and we are unlikely to be the first and last people to be afflicted by it.
Simply stating that early next year a pilot scheme will begin allowing residents to purchase a second permit is not enough, this issue is affecting us now, and as you are aware tempers tend to fray during the Christmas period which puts our bikes more at risk.

Thank you for your time

Ben Tasker
