That is excellent news! We will certainly take advantage of your kind offer. I can offer my full assurances that the second permit will never be used on anything except a motorcycle and in fact it is highly unlikely that the 1st permit will be used in this way either. I will call Mrs *** ***** during the next few days. I am on a course tomorrow so it may not be until Thursday or Friday.

I would be interested to know as to whether the Council is considering graded pricing for the new scheme? However this of course is not a major concern as I feel that £30 is a small price to pay to increase the security of our bikes.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank yourself and your colleagues for your help and co-operation on this matter, I realise there has probably been a lot of work going on behidn the scenes as it were, and I really appreciate the fact that you gave this matter your full consideration. I would also like to apologise if I have ever come across as rude as that was certainly not my intention.
