TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Dogs will not be boarded unless they have completed a free one-day trial.

2. You are required to provide food, bedding and any medication required.

3. We reserve the right to take your pet to see a vet if we deem it necessary and are unable to contact you. We will endeavour to use your own vet however in an emergency we will use the nearest local vet.

4. If any dog is considered by us to be uncontrollable, aggressive or a danger to others we reserve the right to place your dog in a local boarding kennel. You will be liable for any fees incurred.

5. A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable for services, if the booking is for more than 2 days the remaining fees must be paid by cash or cheque before or on arrival of your pet.

6. It is our policy to walk your dog on a lead, however if you wish your dog to be let of the lead you must sign a disclaimer form accepting full responsibility for any expenses, damage or loss resulting from your dog being off the lead.

7. Male dogs that are not castrated or females that are in season cannot be accepted.
