What a day!
It's a beautiful sunny morningand I am absolutely knackered!!! Still haven't heard anything from Tiscali, might have to try and phone this Corrinder later on. On the occassions that I have phoned her she's never been there (though that is partially due to my odd working hours.) She has been given my mobile number though so she could have called that. We will have to see how it goes, I know that Tiscali had until the 11th to submit their defence, so it may not even be worth phoning anymore.
It is Tiscali's own fault really, they had every opportunity to pass this matter onto high-level complaints, instead both the Customer services and the Finance Department chose to try and bully me into paying instead. Witjout a doubt Tiscali is one of the most unscrupulous companies I have ever been unfortunate enough to interact with.
I imagine I will hear something from CISAS fairly soon, it may even be that it will arrive in the post later, I won't know until I get home though.
