My apologies for the recent downtime,the router needed rebooting and reconfiguring. A service not linked to the webserver was not passing through the router correctly, but rebooting the router and reloading its settings appears to have resolved the issue.

Also my apologies for the lack of updates recently, life has been incredibly busy. I have had a weeks holiday and so now feel slightly more rejuvinated, I have also had a few arguments with the bank, depending on the response to the letters I have sent them I am likely to be posting the correspondence here.
