Tiscali do it again

All in all I was having quite a good day,then I figured I had better have a quick peruse over my Bank statement to check that all is in order. All is not in order! as you can see here Tiscali have gone and fucked up my day again!.


If you don't have time to read the page, basically they banked the cheque that I thought they had shredded!!!


So i have ahd to email CISAS and Tiscali, Tiscali i emailed as a copy of the CISAS email.

Up until that point I was having a good day, I got loads done at work and was generally just feeling a good vibe (it's all the sleep I am sure of it) but then I saw that a cheque for £14.86 had gone out of my account. Now I don't write very many cheques (2 in the last 3 months or so) and have only ever written one cheque for £14.86, guess who received that??? Tiscali may well have just fucked up their own CISAS defence, how many adjudicators will think kindly of a company who tells the customer they are writing off the charges (charges they never accrued) and then banks the cheque anyway? Personally I think it is beyond unbelievable.

I always knew Tiscali were scum suckers, but I never knew they were quite that low (don't know why i am surprised though).

If only I had known what I know about Tiscali now about 3 years ago, I would never have gone with them. Still what can you do???? It's an unfortunate fact that you cannot change the past, this leaves me in the unfortunate position of having to deal with Tiscali's ill advised shenanigans.
