If you are finding that pages
are not rendering properly, it could be for several reasons. Firstly
the browser you are using may not support CSS.
This can be diagnosed quite easily, if your browser does not support
CSS then it will not hide a warning on the front page telling you that
CSS is not supported.
Another reason for pages not rendering properly may be the browser you are using. Benscomputer.no-ip.org is known to not render properly in some versions of Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer and experiencing problems it is highly recommended that you upgrade or change your browser.
