Q: Why the name "Porcelain Pictures"? A: We talk about peoples "Porcelain Looks", this is often used to describe someone who is 'Picture Perfect'. Porcelain Pictures aims to bring you the perfect pictures for your needs. In other words we hope that the images we supply are Picture Perfect. Q: Why the strange web address? A: We are owned, hosted and run by Ben Tasker of Benscomputer.no-ip.org and so have a Benscomputer.no-ip.org web address. Q: Do I have to pay for these images? A: The images supplied by Porcelain Pictures are free to use, however they carry a watermark stating both Copyright Ownership and a Web Address. You are not allowed under any circumstances to remove these, should you be found to do so your right to freely use images from Porcelain Pictures will be forfeit. If you wish to use our images without watermarks please see the Purchasing Page. Q: Do I get a discount for large purchases? A: We can negotiate a discount dependant on your use of the images provided. There may be certain restrictions in place however. Q: How will I receive the Image(s) I purchase? A: The formats that images are available in is listed on their individual pages. However if you require another format please Contact Me. Q: Can I redistribute the Images? A: You may re-distribute the free images as you wish, so long as they are not modified in any material way. You may however change their electronic format (i.e. JPG to PNG) or Physical Medium (i.e Electronic to paper). Purchased Images may be re-distributed (including publishing on the internet) only so long as you have purchased an Unlimited Use License. Q: Can I charge for re-distribution? A: You cannot charge for Re-distribution of the Image itself. You may of course charge for the medium that accompanies it (i.e. Your creation) but are not permitted under any circumstances to derive any profit from the sale of Images alone. If you wish to sell an Image please Contact Me so that we can negotiate an agreement. Q: What is a single use License? A: A single use license allows you to use the Image you have purchased for one purpose. This can include on the internet as an illustration to an article only so long as you take reasonable steps to prevent the image being copied by your users (i.e. Disable right click). You can print as many copies of the Image as you wish, however you may only use it for a single purpose (i.e. IF youuse it for a magazine cover it may only be used for that Issue of that Magazine) Q: Where can I find more information on the License used by Porcelain Pictures and Benscomputer.no-ip.org?
